What do I do if I have lost my ticket?
Make sure to contact our staff at the airport on your travel date. They will be happy to print another ticket for you.If you want or need to verify your electronic ticket number or booking reference, contact any of our offices, provide your name and flight details and we will resend your reference numbers to the original email address in the booking.
If I want to reschedule my booking, how would I go about it? Are there penalties?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking by contacting the reservations office or your local Cronos Air office. However, a penalty fee may be charged for rescheduling of flights.
Does my booking confirmation indicate what class of travel I am booked in?
Yes, your booking confirmation will state the class of travel you are booked under.
Can I change a flight date, time or route?
Any change will depend on your ticket restrictions. Kindly refer to the fare conditions that come along with your booking.
